The NKT International Summer Festival 2025 on The Kadampa Way of Life featured teachings and commentary originally given by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
The essence of these teachings is how to transform our everyday experiences, both good and bad, into the spiritual path. In this way we can maintain a virtuous intention and positive mind whatever happens.
In this half day course, Gen Kelsang Lamchung will extract the essence of the teachings given over the two weeks of the Summer Festival.
The event fee (payable on arrival at the event) includes lunch which will be at a vegetarian restaurant in Taiping.
Pre-booking is essential if you wish to join the lunch.
We will arrange car-sharing from Penang. Please contact Prajna.
“There is no greater method for experiencing peace of mind and happiness than to understand and meditate on emptiness….. Meditation on emptiness is the universal solution to all our problems. It is the medicine that cures all mental and physical diseases and the nectar that bestows the everlasting happiness of nirvana and enlightenment.” Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

This festival will be held in the US at the International Kadampa Retreat Centre Grand Canyon.
